No supervisor needed. A badge scan opens a short, clock-only session; it cannot reach payroll, rosters or anyone else's hours.

Do workers need their own phone?
No. Crew bosses carry SmartCrop Field; workers carry a badge. A mounted Kiosk Mode tablet lets them scan themselves in and out.
Can workers clock in without a supervisor?
Yes. Kiosk Mode on a mounted tablet lets a worker scan their own badge. The token only reaches their own clocks and tasks.
What does the office see during the day?
The Field overview map shows how many people are clocked in at each ranch, and every task page fills in as clocks and pieces land.
What happens to finished tasks?
Finalized tasks flow into Settle & Account, where a payroll run previews, de-duplicates and locks them into a coded import file.
