What does a receiving record hold?

Ticket number, grower, ranch, variety, lot, room and bin count, with a GOOD FRUIT or BAD FRUIT verdict and photos, entered in the browser or in SmartCrop QC.

Can I keep the room logs from a phone?

Receiving inspections run in SmartCrop QC on a phone and in the browser. Harvest, QC and Chemical Logs are kept in the browser, where the office keeps the room record.

Does a room record follow fruit onto a truck?

Not yet. Lot traceability from cold storage to shipment is on the roadmap for the Sell & Ship pillar.

Do the logs feed reports?

Lists sort by room, bins and date, and Harvest Logs chart bins by room. A dedicated receiving dashboard is on the roadmap.
